V's a alien, uh, sim-bee-oat that saved me from dyin' one day. He liked what I had rollin' around in my ol' noggin and stuck around after that. Then we started to fight crime. That's everythin' I'm willin' to say so far.

Basically, yeah. There's a lotta weird stuff I don't get here but... he just kinda stays.
