Go to where the page for that work would be, either by altering the URL of another page or creating a Wiki Word on the Wiki Sandbox and clicking the link. If the title has punctuation, you need to create a ptitle with markup like this: [=ÞTitle Goes Here Exactly As You Want It To Show UpÞ=] (those symbols are tildes; they don't show up right on the forums).
Once you have the page, just edit it. The Program Entry Template is a helpful reference.
Don't forget to set the page type to "Work" using the page-type-setting tool in the "Tools" menu.
