Herbert: Me? Nothing much beyond the usual. I still feel guilty about what happened to you guys yesterday, tried to stop the fight between Lyuri and Jacob and only managed to make things worse, and then had to go talk to Tagg and his friends... one of whom has haunted my brain with images I dearly wish I could forget. Dear Arceus, the mandibles... even the stuff Sarah's into seems normal after this...

-he looks behind him to see Umbra and Ammy chasing after him-

Herbert: In the morning! Geez, some people can't leave well enough alone.

-he sighs, and enters the Pokemon Center alongside Zeal-

"I dunno, while I'm not as battle oriented as Jacob, it's something that I still like and some of my Pokémon do too, like Hercules and Dylan here, so... I try to be a good trainer for them when I'm battling and letting them have their fun and victory... But I suppose the only reason I win some battles really is Grant. I thought I had improved, but..." said Sakura, stopping there and not even looking at Herbert and Zeal coming in, she just keeps staring at her mug of tea.

Herbert: ...Um, I think we might have interrupted something. I'll be heading to bed now. Sorry for bursting in on you guys.

-he looks around rather awkwardly at the group, before darting upstairs-

How good you are with Pokemon, especially because you haven't devoted your life to battling like he has. Even if you sometimes only win because of Grant, isn't Grant yours? Haven't you been the one to train him to what he is now? Really! Battling isn't everything. It isn't even most of what it means to be a Trainer. You may think you're not as good at battling as other people, but I know everyone thinks of you as one of the best people, and trainers, of all. You have a lot to be happy for."

"Actually the first time ended with him pretty much winning, but he then gave in and gave me the win, that's why I say it was a tie." said Sakura, taking a sip of her tea before continuing "I... I just want to be the best trainer I can to my Pokémon, and that also means being good at Pokémon battling, I may win, but I want everyone to share the victory, not it being because Grant won it for me." she said, with a sigh.

Lyuri's Room

Lyuri is banging her head on the wall (without much strenght) repeatedly when Duke enters.

"Idiot. Idiot. Idiot." she said as she kept at it until she noticed Duke "... Hi." she said, in an almost emotionless way.

"Seems like you know what you did wrong there." said Duke, with a small smile.

"I'm hopeless aren't I? Maybe Jacob did have a point there..." she said, with a defeated sigh.

Jacob: "...Discord....."

Discord: <Cheap..... trick.....> -At last succumbs to wounds and collapses-

Jacob: ".... Argentum... please... I need help...!" -Recalls Discord and sends out Argentum-

Argentum: <Impressive. Your power is far greater than mosts. Jacob cannot win. So I'll just have to do the maximum amount of damage I can in the little time I'll be out.>

-Glows as his body becomes smoother and somewhat more polished, removing most of the uneven battered surface, then bolts at Pallad and attempts to punch it with a very heavy blow-

Elityria: "You're not giving yourself enough credit. I'm sure your entire team feels happy when you win, regardless of how or with who. That's the point of a team, ins't it? Everyone pulls their weight. You have to share the victories and share the losses. No one 'wins it for you', you all work together and you all win."

-Pallad dodges due to decreased accuracy, analyzes Argentum's mind, and Earthquakes to make Argentum the epicenter.-

Pallad: <I take it you do not care much for your trainer.>

"<Yeah! As long as I can play a bit, I'm happy!>" said Dylan, cheerfully.

Hercules then nods, "<Besides, you've given me enough honey to make a Vespiquen jealous, I love fighting, but I'm already enjoying myself here.>" he said, with a smile

Sakura then gives a small smile "Maybe... Yes... You're right, maybe I shouldn't worry too much about that, but I still feel like I haven't improved since I began battling, but I guess I should just keep trying... Now... Why do you only have Joy, Lity?"

Elityria: "Well, I guess it's because I've never needed to use anything else. Joy hates hurting things, so she mainly provides team support. It's why Jakey and I worked so well together, he'd fight, Joy would play the support. It worked really well."

"Well, in my case I simply get the Pokémon I befriended or that I have an interest on, some even invited themselves into my team, it's not because I need them, but simply because I like them, is there no other Pokémon you've had an interest on?" asked Sakura, feeling a bit more cheerful now

Lyuri's Room

"You're a difficult person, Lyuri, but don't let what Jacob said get to you, you're not annoying, you're not arrogant, you weren't even bragging about yourself there for starters, and while I know you aren't as tough as you pretend to be, you're a very tough girl. And it's not because you put others down, otherwise nobody would like you, and I've never seen you being aggressive towards Sakura, Rawst, Sarah, and others, really, you may not be as good at being pleasant as Sakura is, but that doesn't mean that nobody likes you." said Duke.

Lyuri stops to think for a bit and then smiles at Duke "Yeah, you're right, the more we stay together, the more I notice that you're the perfect person, or... Mon, I guess, for me." she said, with a warm smile.

She then goes to Duke and kisses him, before hugging him tightly, which he does as well.

"As awkward as being in love with a Pokémon is, this is looking more and more right with each day, and I sure am enjoying it." thought Lyuri, still hugging Duke.

Psyche exists, perhaps near Nico. Teresa also exists, also possibly near Nico.

Sakura then calls out the Axew, who just looks around him and gives a very annoyed sigh.

"<I was caught. By a girl.>" he said, looking quite grumpy.
