-Jane is now sitting down on the railroad, staring at the trees, Lost in thought. Eventually, Rebecca bursts out of her pokeball and stares angrilly at Jane-

Rebecca: <Well?>

... Well what?

Rebecca: <When are you going to stop being so melodramatic?>

I'm not being melodramatic!

Rebecca: <Well either you're being that or you're just lazy. Why aren't you so enthusiastic like the others? Why are you so far behind your precious group when you were the one that told me that groups are supposed to stick together!>

So basically, when am I going to send you mixed messages?

Rebecca: <And when are you going to stop spouting such nonsense!? I did not receive any letters from you!>

-sighs- Well, I'll let you know once I figure out what I'm going to do with myself.

Rebecca: -lifts up her nose a bit higher and glares at Jane unsatisfactorily. In the brushes, she hears something, but she decides to leave it alone for now. The two stay in silence for several minutes until Rebecca just can't take it anymore-

Rebecca: <Uuuuuurgh! You make me so angry, trainer!>

Heh. You don't even know my name. I must be slipping up more than I thought...

Rebecca: <Oh, is that what it is? You think you're slipping up as a trainer?>

No...

Rebecca: <Then what is it!? I refuse to continue with a mopey trainer like you who doesn't know how to have fun, and has trouble paying attention to what is happening all around her!>

I do too know how to have fun!

Rebecca: <Then why are you so quiet and mopey!? When I met you, you were bubbly and smiling and more energetic than an Emolga on a sugar high!>

I don't want to battle another Eldritch Abomination!

Rebecca: <But I thought battling was supposed to be fun! This creature is supposed to be a challenge!>

I just don't want to go on an epic high-stakes adventure right now!

Rebecca: <Then why did you choose me!? Why did you take on the gym challenge!?>

I only took the gym challenge because Frillish wouldn't obey me unless I had a gym badge!

Rebecca: <Then release her!>

No!

Rebecca: <Why not!? You released the Mandibuzz, and the Scraggy, and the Blitzle, so why not release the Frillish!>

What about Portales? He's only got one friend!

Rebecca: <Oh sure, what about Portales! What about ''Me!?

Ugh, it's just like you to think only about yourself!

Rebecca: <Oh yeah!? What about Buster? Huh? Did you think of him at all?>

Uh...

Rebecca: <You haven't paid any attention to him at all since the day he evolved! Don't you love him anymore!?>

Of course I love him!

Rebecca: <Then why did you back out of the Gym Challenge!?>

Because I don't want to take on Gyms anymore, okay!? I chose my path and I want to be a researcher, not a battler! I want to go out and see the Pokemon World in its fullest! I want to learn about the legends of Unova, Hoenn, Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh! I want to see the pokemon in their natural habitat and draw what I see! I don't want to battle tooth and nail for the sake of my life! And I don't want to battle another Eldritch Abomination!

Rebecca: <But you're missing out on half the fun! The whole point of this is to take on gyms, battle monsters, Save the World! If you wanted to just walk around you should have brought your pokemon from before you came here!>

I did bring them! They're in my boxes!

Rebecca: <THEN WHY DON'T YOU TAKE YOUR STUPID POKEMON AND RELEASE US ALL!? HUH? IF YOU DIDN'T NEED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN GO AHEAD! ABANDON ME! IT'S NOT LIKE I CARE OR ANYTHING!> -her eyes start to water- <IT'S NOT LIKE I EVER WANTED A TRAINER ANYWAY! YOU AND YOUR STUPID GROUP ALWAYS HATED ME!>

What? Hey! Wait!

-Rebecca slips away as fast as she can into the Pinwheel Forest, not looking back. Jane gives chase for a few minutes until Rebecca slips into a very thick brush and is unable to be followed-

-In the shadows, a green equine stares at the scene and watches the Servine slip away, deeper into the forest. After watching the yellow-clad female stumble back over to the railroad, the equine stares in the direction of where the Servine went and, with a strong leap, begins to give chase-

-Goes down the stairs to Lenora's arena and watches-

-Feels something coming from the necklace-

Me: -To others- I just remembered... I left the um... I left my notebook upstairs! -Runs upstairs and outside-

-Necklace is pulling slightly towards Pinwheel Forest-

Me: -Follows into the forest-

-heads to jane-

Jane whats wronge?

...

Hey Lenora, are you busy?

-pink comes out of her ball-

Pink: <I think janes mopping.>

How do you know that?

Pink: <I heard her heart beats.>

.....Well I guess you know a lot....

Clover: <Jane cheer up!>

Lenora: Kind of in a battle here! -Sends out her Watchhog.

-I send out Kudz.

-the green equine finally discovers the Servine deep in the forest right before the bay, staring out at the city skyline. It stands in wait, wondering what the Servine will do next.-

Rebecca: -in a sudden burst of anger- <STUPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID!> -begins stomping the ground and flailing her leaf-like limbs around- <STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPIIIIIIIIID!> -breathes heavily and bites down hard-

The equine: <You really shouldn't do that to yourself.> -walks out from behind the trees- <You might hurt your throat.>

Rebecca: -staring angrilly at the equine- <Yeah, well, you can shove it up your @&% because I don't &#$@ing care anymore!> -twists back to the skyline and crosses her arms-

the equine: -does nothing to retaliate. Instead, it joins the servine in staring at the Castelia City skyline.-

Hey wheres rebecca jane?

Clover: <Where is who?>

-Comes into a clearing-

-Necklace stops pulling, the gem pulsing slightly-

Lenora: No. It's the centerpiece of our exibihts here, and we just got it back after team Plasma stole it. Now, if you excuse me...Watchhog! Use Retaliate!

-Kudz barely dodges out of the way, knocks into a bookshelf. A heavy tome falls on him, taking out a ltiile of his HP.

Pink: <Ill stay with jane daisy. You go find rebecca.>

But what about you?

Pink: <Jane needs help.>

-pink heads to jane-

Clover: <Pink is a nice friend! Just like when we met.>

Lenora: Do you have 1,000,000 Pokeyen? Because that's how much it cost to fincance the expedition to get it.

-Watchhog uses Take Down, and Kudz retaliates with a Leaf storm. Their HP is both in the yellow zone, and both of us are out of items.

-Oakley releases self-

Oakley: Maybe I could help, us being in a forest and all.

Me: Maybe, do you think you could keep a lookout for a quadrapedal creature?

Oakley: Okay. -Runs up tree and keeps lookout-

Nope. But I do have 25 Pokeyen and a paper clip! Interested?

-is at pinwheel forest-

Clover do you see any snivy here?

Clover: <I see rebecca!>

-clover heads to rebecca-

I think its best if I don't go near rebecca.
