It was actually a trainer-mon type of following, too..."
Talking about this, evidentally, is not helping. They're getting more worried by the minute just thinking about it.

They stop, calm down, and pull out a book, feeling the page as they read it.
Halis: "This book... it always knows what to do in situations like this."
They're intently reading it, seemingly spaced out from the world around them. Where they got it from is a mystery, and the covering is completely blank, making it impossible to tell what the book is meant to be about from an outside perspective.
