Colton flashes a thumbs-up with his left arm, being the one with the bow around it. He continues to peruse the shelves, finding an "I'm with Stupid" shirt that pointed at his own face.

"This'll make a good gift," he decided as he walked back to the counter, placing both said shirt and the one earlier that displayed the album he was listening to on the counter.

Silently, the Zeraora ringed him up.

Halis: "Yup... stuff. To be fair, I don't know how it works either, but then again I'm pretty sure I can't turn mine off, so... woo, learning experiences?"

They seem a bit confused after thinking about it for a bit.

"Yeah, it's kinda like a predisposition towards slight mysticism in the back of your mind, but I imagine that when in the presence of cold steel or something we'll really feel it," he hypothesized.

"And I do mean, we. This bow on my wrist makes me fae when I wear it," he said, holding up the bow in question.

So me and Swift wrote the start to a polyamory plot, only to get some concerns the situation wasn't being treated with the gravity it probably should. So we are rebooting like half of it and giving you this version to hopefully enjoy!

Stormchaser, Liz, after this

Elizabeth: "...umm.. okay..."

"Do you guys...know what polyamory is? Is that a thing in Judgral?"

Ishtar: It is... Not unheard of. Is it not taboo in this world?

Elizabeth: "That's a long, complex discussion I don't know enough about. But not on the J-Team, no. A lot of us are in poly relationships."

"You...can see where I'm going with this, right?"

Julius: ...Hm. As much as this sounds like a magic solution to all our problems on paper I know that's not gonna be the case... And... And it depends on if you two are OK with it.

Ishtar: I for one understand... You and I thought each other dead, it wouldn't have been easy either way...

Elizabeth: "I...I like you a lot, Julie. And I know you love me, and I know you love Ishtar. I can see how much you care for her when you mention her. And I want all of us to be happy. This...seems like the best way."

-She stares at her feet and fiddles with her oversized sleeves.-

Ishtar: ...I will at least give it a shot. For Julius. And... For you Elizabeth.

-Julius is silent for a long while then sighs-

Julius: Listen, I... I know this might not work out. But if you two are willing to give this a try... I am too.

-he extends a hand in between the three of them. Ishtar puts a hand in too.

-Elizabeth reaches a hand out, loses her balance, and falls to the floor.-

Elizabeth: "My hand's there in spirit."

-She clambers to her feet and successfully puts her hand on top of the others.-

Julius: Alright... we'll try.

Ishtar: Would you mind... a group date soon?

Elizabeth: "Yes. Good idea. We should Do That. As a group. Together."

-Ishtar giggles, Julius sighs in relief, and the three head off-

Steven: Claydol! Use reflect!

-A glowing barrier appears in front of the Claydol.-

Cady: Well in that case, hydro pump!

-The ensuing jet of water goes right through the barrier, dealing plenty of damage to the Claydol.-

Steven: Interesting. Ok then, light screen!

-Another barrier appears.-

Cady: Yes! Ok, use brick break!

-Zuzu smashes the two barriers, but it is not very effective on the Claydol itself.-

Steven: Impressive. Claydol! Use Earth power!

-The ground under Zuzu erupts, sending her flying. She manages to land on her feet, visibly damaged.-

Zuzu: <I can do this.>

Cady: Zuzu, use aqua tail!

Steven: Claydol, use harden!

-Zuzu slams their tail into the Claydol, but it just holds on.-

Steven: Hmm... I see. Ok Claydol, use explosion!

-The Claydol explodes violently, KO'ing them both.-

Mrs Lane: Come on Cady!

Mr Lane: You can do this!

Kat: Go Cady!

Meloetta: Yes, though they are weak and unfocused now. It will take time and dedication for you to actually be able to use them with any grand amount of power.

-She lets a sigh hang as the only sound in the air-

Meloetta: But that leads to our next issue. Something is coming, I don't know what it is or when it will arrive but I can hear the overture of it's discordance... You will likely not be ready when intentions are made clear...

Me: I understand, Meloetta. Whatever it is, if its intention is ill, even if I am not ready to face it, I will stand and face it regardless.

Halis: "And I'm a Halis..."

They take off the scarf which was keeping them in human form, returning to Lopunny form and swapping it for their regular scarf. Oddly, the hat seems to have shrunk to fit the changed form, even accommodating for the addition of things like the ears.

Halsei: <Or am I a Halsei? Who knows. It's a mystery.>

Stormchaser Medical Bay

-Gudrunn wakes up-

-She looks to one side and sees Spawny is still nestled next to her, and smiles-

-She looks to her other side and sees her Sorceress Of The Warp self looking down at her with a scowl-

-She turns back over and closes her eyes-

-Before they promptly snap open-

Gudrunn: Ack! You!

Sorceress!Gudrunn: I'm not mad. Just dissapointed.

"Yeah, it'll be fun to watch, but no doubt not so fun for you," Colton considered as he began to remove the ribbon. He then shook his head as he stuffed the bow into his pocket.

"Woah," he breathed. "I just meant that if you're waiting for a "legitimate reason"," he clarified, trailing off.

They walk forward a bit but end up tripping and falling over because of the sudden balance change between forms.

<To be fair, Halis, we kind of dragged you into this,> he allowed.

They get up off the ground.

Halsei: <To answer that statement, I actually evolved fighting somemon... I think their name was Voyd? Something like that? Anyway, if you dragged me into this, I'm sure you had a perfectly good reason for it.>

They try to think of why, but... can't.

Halsei: <...Actually, wait, why did you do that? I don't need a part-fae thing, is there something else that you wanted to show me or tell me about?>

"Just a hypothesis," Colton shrugged after reverting to humanity, having inexplicably put on the new black shirt he got, the image slowly turning into [Add Violence].

"What next?" He asked, gesturing to the door.

Halsei: <Wherever you two go, I'll likely follow... I just hope we avoid any sort of trouble, especially since I feel weirdly threatened by something at the moment. Not sure why.>

Halsei is ready to follow their lead, though they let out a bit of a sigh.
