-Alice and Lissa are both here, the former having traded in her usual suit for a tank top and sweatpants, and are currently engaged in a combat simulation - namely, taking on holographic simulacrums of Cipher Peons in hand-to-hand while Arsenic and Elderberry face off against a hard-light Scrafty and Granbull. Before long, Arsenic dispatches her opponents with a Razor Leaf as Lissa drops the final Peon with a chop to the throat, and the holograms fade.-

Speaker: Simulation complete. Final scores: O'Sullivan, 157. Blaise, 12.

-Alice wipes a bead of sweat from her brow and turns to Lissa, smiling.-

Alice: Cathartic, isn't it?

Lissa: I guess...

-Her tone is less than enthusiastic, and Alice picks up on it.-

Alice: Don't concern yourself with the scores. You are more than capable in combat, which is what you need to be. That said, you would be more effective in battle if you had mons of your own.

Paula: Unfortunately, no. I was in Alola that day, dealing with community service I've gotten roped into. I did see that the big egghead broke out the superbosses, though! It's been all over the news.

Colton, Kazuma and Lucario all take a fair bit of damage before getting behind cover from the gatling gun and frenzy plant.

Colton fired a Dark Pulse Orbitar, Kazuma fired Cold Blood and Lucario used Flash Cannon on the big boss-lookin’ mofo.

Downtown Gym

Capone: <That's fair.>

-The Shadow Claw sends him to the ground.-

Benedetta: "Hmm."

-She eyes Stylus appreciatively as she sends out her last Pokémon - Vito the Charizard.-

Benedetta: "You're welcome to take a break and heal up your Lucario."

-There is an almost imperceptible squeak as Isbrand is led away.-

Harold takes Stylus aside and pulls out a potion, spritzing him with it.

"Hey it's not easy!"

Harold grumbled a bit and handed Stylus a water canteen, who proceeded to down it all, <I'm ready for the next fight, but we're gonna need to change things up.>

Harold looked over to the bag, "I think I get the idea."

<It's what we got.>

Ken: "I believe it, but... well, had Flying on my brain for a while, so don't think it's something I'd do."

There is a Garchomp attempting to talk to Tubers about the righteous waves of riding with Loptous.

Granted, their Pokemon are getting most of it, but yeah.

"Yeah, we're good," Harold responded walking up, he was pulling on a set of metal bracers.

Stylus walked up, having embedded a colourful gem into his left arm.

He struck a pose as a the Mega-Cocoon engulfed Stylus.

Stylus burst out of the cocoon and roared, he was ready.

<I'm ready to go. Come at me,> Stylus taunted.
