Ambiguous Location, past

Lumiose City, outskirts

Taking another look at the fellow, he did not really strike Alisher as the outdoors (or rather, wilderness) sort.

"Well, do you know anyone who would know?"

Floaroma Meadow

-Ace fidgets awkardly in his tuxedo. Shaun stands on one side of the altar, hands clasped, in his suit (sans top hat). Beside him are Beowulf, wearing a tuxedo, and Gogie.-

-Opposite them are Ruby, Lightning, and Jessica, all in Empoleon-inspired dresses.-

-A robed Lopunny stands at the altar.-

-Sitting down with the rest of the guests are Shaun's parents, Marshall, and some of their Pokémon (notably Blue Moon, Amethyst, and Annie), Jamie, Achille, Marilyn, approximately 9 other Eeveelutions, Cereza, Cheshire, and Fluffles.-

-Peoplemons that might not be recognized include Kaiiseii, Fluffles II, Athena, Tempest, Veronica, Isbrand, Mako, Eclipse, and Hellfire. Also there are a tall, refined woman with green hair and eyes in a green kimono and a pink-haired blue-eyed pale-skinned man in a garish blue/yellow/dark pink suit, both wearing armbands.-

-Come to think of it, those last two might remind someone of a Celesteela and a Blacephalon.-

Ambiguous Location

<So I gotta take the initiative, eh,> Roy considered through his chuckles at Lo’s remark. <And I think the term you should throw around is “personmon”,> he added. <as I’ve heard “peoplemons” get thrown around when referring to a collective.>

“We’re gonna talk about this later,” Colt decided as he grabbed Pent’s parcel from Ammy’s psychic grip. She could levitate two things at once; the grooming never stopped.

-"Homer looked at the house then at the piece of paper with the address on it."-

Homer: Well, this is the place I guess.

Anubis: <I don't suppose he'll just be in there?>

Homer: Only one way to find out.

-"Mellinoes spoons glow with purple energy."-

Homer: Not that!

Melly, stopping her psychic power: <Fuck you, I haven't battled in months, I need to relieve my stress!>

-"Homer sighs and, before Melly can try to blow up the house, knocks on the door."-

-"Mokuba walks down the hall with a bunch of objects he has... "barrowed" from people on the stormchaser."-

-"Edmonds eyes sparkle as he exits the movie theater."-

Edmond: Oh, my, gosh, Deadpool is awesome!

-"The young man lets out a squee as he remembers the hilarious, yet still really well written movie. Then he notices people staring and casual tries to act cool... fails."-

Gogie is likewise wearing a tuxedo for his shape.

Sholto and Lisa are in the crowd.

-"Homer drags him self closer to his destination, an old house covered in plantation, as the sun beats down on him. He is followed by his Umbreon and Alakazam, both enjoying the heat as much as Homer is."-

Homer, walking up to the front door: Alright -wheeze- second times -wheeze- the charm.

Melly: <let me blow up this house.>

Homer: NO!

Melly: <Ass hat!>

-"Homer groans and knocks on the door."-

There is no answer. The door however is unlocked. Curiously there is a line of salt down the length of the porch.

Homer: Guess no one's home... huh?

-"Notices the salt."-

Anubis: <That's... interesting.>

Melly: <The doors unlocked, just open it.>

Anubis, worried: <What? But, that's illegal!>

-"Homer opens the door."-

Homer: Yo, anybody home?

Anubis: <Sir!>

The house is dark on the inside. The running of water and humming can be heard from somewhere inside. Other than that there's no answer.

-"homer listens carefully."-

Anubis: <I smell something, but I can't tell what it is. Melinoe, can you sense anybody inside?>

Melly: <What am I the maid?>

Anubis, annoyed: <More like a mop.>

-"Homer starts walking towards the humming."-

Anubis: <Ga, sir!>

-"Anubis and Mellinoe follow."-

The door slams behind Homer and the crew. The only light source inside is the natural light from the windows.

There are some odd pieces of art adorning the interior that can just be made out. One of them looks like a headstone in the shape of a cross with a circle around it. It's surface is decorated with an intricate weave pattern.

The sound of humming and running water continues uninterrupted.

-beat-

Homer: This better not be another vampire house. Gods I hated the last one.

Anubis: <That was a weird experience. Why did they make us play twister to get Zags back?>

Melly: <Why did we want Zags back?>

-"Homer lets out another sigh, and starts walking towards the light."-

Homer: If it is, I have garlic.

Anubis: <Will that work?>

Homer: Probably not.

As he nears the back of the house he notices a painting on the wall. It looks like a rider on a Rapidash, only there's a massive gash in the canvas across the upper half of the rider's body.

Homer, examining the painting: Well somebody's a critic. Wonder what the deal with this painting is?

Anubis: <Looks like a cavalry commander, although I'm pretty sure the Kalosian military used flygon instead of rapidash.>

Melly:hat are you, a history teacher?>

Anubis: <Someone has to teach Mokuba and Mor.>

The humming has stopped. The water is still on. Someone whispers.

Why don't you take a closer look?

-"Homer humms for a moment, and starts then nods his head."-

Homer: Yeah, no. Melinoe, Anubis!

-"Both his mons fire a shadow ball into the darkness."-

They hit nothing. Creepy giggling can be heard down the hallway where the sound of running water is coming from.

Homer And like that, I'm reminded of my high school girl friend.

Anubis -shutter- <Please, please don't bring up Monica.>

-"With another sigh, Homer starts walking closer to the light... then stops again."-

Homer: I wonder, Melly, try a flash.

Melly: <I'd rather blow this place up, but sure, whatever.>

-"Melinoe brings her spoons together and a bright light fills the area."-

Eyupp. It looks exactly like a dinghy house. On the plus side they can now see what the painting really is. It's a headless horseman, holding his freshly decapitated head up in his right hand. Curiously they can see various coloured Flabebe peeking our from several hiding places.

-"Homer kindly waves at the fairy Pokémon."-

Homer: Yo, I broke into your house. And, sense I don't think any of your dullahans, I'm gonna look around a bit. Cool?

Anubis: <Are we capable of dealing with fairy types?>

Melly: <I got Toxic, you?>

Anubis: <Iron tail, but...> -to the flabebe- <excuse me, but what are you all doing in here?>

The Flabebe don't answer, they cower more behind various objects or disappear in cracks.

A single brave Floette appears from the stairwell and floats between the group, moving down the hallway before turning and beckoning the group to follow.

Homer, sarcastically: Yeah, this isn't suspicious at all.

-"With a quick roll of the eyes him and his mons fallow the flabebe."-

The Floette brings them into a greenhouse. The place is so overgrown that it almost looks like a forest. The Floette leads them to a small clearing where a grey-haired woman is watering some flowers. She is wearing a yellow summer dress. Her back is currently turned to them.

-"Homer lets out an impressed whisle."-

Homer: Nice garden you've got here. Don't suppose you could give my sister some pointers... who am I kidding, nobody can save a plant from her. That poor, poor daisy. Any who, ya got a minute? We just broke into your house, and need to talk to you.
