Offshore Poni Island - During Ryklys' Wild Ride

-The Hyper Voice is largely deflected by last-minute Protects and timely dives, though a few teams such as the unfortunate group that had a Slowpoke as their Protect user are promptly knocked into the waves. The potshots coming from the fliers from the boarded Mistral Marauder have a bit more luck catching some unlucky victims off-guard thanks to being from behind, but are swiftly met with whirlwinds to push them back.-

<Rodion: "Brace yourselves. We're going in fast!">

-The Floatzel scoops out a glowing orb with yellow balls of light inside and jets through the water, leaping up and dashing it against the railing in front of the gathered group before slipping under Ryklys' boat. The balls of light fly out everywhere and inflict a confusing daze on the nearby Pokémon, just as the ship abruptly lists as shouts go up-

<Hess: "We're onboard! Clear the deck!">

-The cry prompts the fliers the swoop around the ship and churn up a heavy Whirlwind running from stern to bow, which sweeps up everything not nailed down-

<Hess: "Ack! Hey wait a minute! Wait for me to-!">

-And promptly launches it into the water ahead of the bow along with the ship's lifeboats. Hess clambers up the bow, pulling the ship down into the water as he splutters up water-

<Hess: "Gah... Get off.">

Driftveil, Savannah and Phoenix

'Jared: -to Savannah- Mabye it left a trail?

Jackie: -to Phoenix- Yeah, I guess we are. Have you seen a Shadow Pokemon anywhere?

Human!Ammy: Yeah, you know him too?

-Now that Fortis is finally where the universe's phone signals can reach her, her phone gets a series of three texts from a couple days ago-

-Fortis looks at her phone curiously-

Mezzo: Diane has something to say to you?

Fortis: I guess so!

Savannah: Something I n-need to find right now! H-have you seen an A-Amoonguss, th-then?

Channah: Oh, met him a long time ago. Very briefly.

Fortis: Oh my gosh!

Mezzo: What is it?

Fortis: ...It's a secret!

Siren: <It's— Ow!>

-Siren suddenly has Condy perched on her back, pecking her in the head-

Condy: <No mind reading! She said it's a secret!>

Kuu: -Sighs, feeling exposed- "Honestly I happened to only pass in by happenstance. And your friends are... well. Very friendly and welcoming~ I do oh so adore them."

-She looks up at the sky for a moment- "... If it is not too much, may I speak freely about you? All of you. I... feel compelled. I may end up needing to leave soon. We may not have time to eat and I have... a feeling."

Ever: (to Tagg) But would you say she's awesometastic?

PEFE!Every: Rayquaza's tail, what's wrong with you?

-Ever smiles at her just a little too toothily, and turns his attention to Kuu-

Ever: Oh, must you leave? It feels too soon...but of course, I'm always happy to hear what you have to say.

PEFE!Every: And I just generally need to know all information, so no complaints here.

 Off Poni Island, past 

Ann: -Noticing the Orb in Rodion's paw- Oh crap, Totter Or-

-Is blown away by the winds and barely manages to clutch the railing to avoid getting dunked into the water-

My brother had better make this up to me big time!

-Hirunda is high enough to avoid the Totter Orb, but is blown away, while Cristata is blown clean off into the water-

Gekkota: -Digging her claws into the mast to prevent getting blown off- <I thought you had it "handled" Fortuna!>

Fortuna: -Is in a bit of a daze- <Shut up already...> @_@

Fortuna: -Has pink mist emanate from below her-

Fortuna: <Let's not do that again.>

Cristata: -From the water while doggy-paddling- <All you can do is still some wind, huh?>

Fortuna: -Uses another Hyper Voice-

Gekkota: -Leaps off her perch and slashes at Hess' paws with Leaf Blade- <Get off already!>

-Meanwhile, Zarigani and Genmei are still on the pirate's boat as it's blown to the sandy shores-

Zarigani: -Annoyed- <This is some real Taurosshit.>

Genmei: <Let's just try to find the bell.>

Jackie: A Shadow Pokemon is a Pokemon whose psychology and biological rhythms have been forcibly altered to make the Pokemon vicious and ruthless. Why someone would do such to an Amoongus, I don't know, but we can track the spores at least.

Regretfully, Colton sighed. "If you must leave so soon, and there is something you have to say, please tell us," he goaded, making a little mental joke about her being too good for this dimension. That purity is too easy to corrupt.

He began another sentence before his words caught in his mouth. No, his conscience told him. not yet. Maybe when she leaves.

Driftveil

Kuu: "I would love to stay, and perhaps I shall, but... My own world is in danger and I intend to save it. I cannot stay long."

-She thinks- "Perhaps we can share some food, and spend a bit more private time with each other to learn a bit more when I return but..."

-With a small sad smile, her face suddenly goes neutral and her eyes glazing over, becoming pools of deep purple light, her voice slightly echoing- "You all... Your paths are not easy ones, and will not be easy ones to tread. By right of providence, heed my words."

-Despite the weird time bubble being ambiguously day time, behind her a supermoon is visible- "Your world lingers on the precipice of disaster. Be wary."

-She looks to Kaito- "You long for affection and you shall find it, but let not your heart be poured into the past, for time does not stop. An accident. You will bear witness to an accident. But do not fear. When the snake and crow face at the setting sun, you will be facing not dusk but dawn."

-To Ever- "You, whom words truly fail to encapsulate, beware the path you tread. There is a shadow upon it you have yet to notice. Upon the day the mark of the one becomes the mark of many, a broken promise shall shake you to this truth."

-To Every- "My dear, you have suffered. If you find yourself lost amid the churning chaos of the future, one draped in hues of vibrant green will bear you to certainty. Stay true to yourself and you will find peace, troubled soul."

-She looks to Gabe- "You who understand the depth of my essence, be warned. You have marked yourself. You will find you and those who work with you empowered, strengthened beyond their means, you will never find yourself a challenge you are not equal to. But until the shattered horizon is repaired, you will not be able to refuse anyone who begs your aid."

-She looks to Colton- "For you, my dear, your heart is in the right place. When at last the stars fall and the sky burns red, the song will be silenced and by you alone with that dreadful tune cease."

-She turns to Tagg- "And you. You who are bound and unbound. The wheel will turn ever more, but I see pain. I see victory, but pain. You will save someone. But you will find you skills fail you in your hour of need. The world will be saved, the day will be won."

-The moon seems to fade away and her eyes uncloud and she collapses-

-They spend a moment taking in the prophecy.-

-They mull it over.-

-They inhale, and then they exhale.-

-Unlike before, they seem to have composed themself.-

Kaito: ...Thank you, Kuu. I'll take your words into consideration. I... have a tentative idea of at least how part of them may apply, but I'll let the chips fall where they may whether I'm right about what it means or not.

-They smile-

Kaito: I really do appreciate meeting you, Kuu. And I'll look forward to meeting you again, if it happens.

-Ryklys is dashing on Anne towards her ship-

-unfortunately, Grace has been knocked out in the earlier skirmish and is not availabel for teleport-

-Bartholomew leaps onto the deck to fire a Psychic at some of the attackers-

Offshore Poni Island

-The crew of the Mistral Marauder quickly makes its way aboard the ship, taking up places aboard the ship...-

<Hess: "That's it! Drive them off-!">

-Only to get met with a flurry of attacks from the defenders that stubbornly continue to cling on, along with defenders returning from the beached Mistral Marauder-

<Hess: "Agh! Defensive positions! Defensive positions!">

-Which promptly drives the Pokémon indoors, taking shelter inside the cabin and underdeck as they beat the onboard passengers in and hastily throw the doors shut, throwing whatever they can find over the doors to try and barricade themselves inside for relative safety. Hess and his Floatzel first mate wind up diving into the bridge as a Ice Shard zips through the windows, breaking the glass-

<Rodion: "These landlubbers just don't give up! Do you have any other plans here, Captain?!">

<Hess: "I... Er...">

-The Aggron loses his footing as an attack rocks the ship, sending him tumbling onto the control panel-

-Including onto the throttle for the engine, which shifts it into a full 'go' position, rocketing the ship off-

<Hess: "Eyaaah! What did it do?! What did it do?!">

-The Aggron desperately hits buttons and knobs, and in the process winds up pitching the ship's controls back and forth wildly, sending the ship in a haphazard zigzag movement launching off waves much like a Mantine surfer...-

-On one level, the pirates have been trapped within. Whether or not that's an advantage boils down to whether one would see it better to attempt to bail and steer clear of the increasingly fast and dangerously erratic boat, or trying to ride the tiger is a matter best left to the unlucky souls still on deck-
