Landon takes a bite out of his apple. Haunter is awfully quiet, just looking at Diane with a suspicious look.

Landon: Really? Kinda funny. I'm not really normal either. At least not to other people's standards. I'm not an official trainer going for Badges, but I have some Pokémon.

He looks at her.

Landon: ...Want an apple?

-pets Sonar-

Lavaridge — Past

Diane: Ooh, sure! Thanks~

-She accepts an apple-

Lavaridge — Past

-He gives Diana an apple-

Landon: So, do you have any Pokémon? You're not a trainer, but you don't have to be a trainer to have Pokémon.

Haunter still gives her that suspicious look. Like it doesn't trust her.

Lavaridge

Dune: Oh. I don't have a dragon aside from Laharl, and he most definitely does not fly. So that would explain why this is news to me.

Lavaridge

Maria:I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem! I saw a few of those, and this one guy had a Garchomp, even.

-Smiles-

So...what about you? What were you thinkin' about?

Lavaridge

Diane: No. Yes. Sort of. Not really. It's complicated.

-She takes a bite-

Lavaridge — Past

He simply raises an eyebrow before continuing to eat. Haunter speaks to Landon with telepathy.

Haunter: She gives me some weird vibes. We shouldn't stick too long around her.

Landon: What? I don't see anything wrong.

Which means that Diane can't hear what Haunter says, but she can hear Landon's reaction to him, so she might think he's talking to himself.

-Dune rubs the back of his head.-

Dune: Eh, not a lot... just... when I should do a particular thing I really want to do.

Lavaridge

-Diane raises an eyebrow-

Diane: Don't see anything wrong with what?

Lavaridge

-Landon looks confused for a bit-

Landon: Oh, nothing, I was talking to Haunter.

-Said Haunter hadn't even made a noise yet-

Diane: Ah. Telepathy, I'm guessing? Not often I see a ghost using Psychic for mental links.

-Landon nods-

Landon: Yup. It's the only way I can understand what he wants to say. We've talked like this since we met. He can talk to others in this way too, but he rarely does so because he trusts only me.

-Haunter floats a bit closer to Landon.-

Landon: He's highly protective of me too.

Lavaridge

Maria:What kinda thing?

-tilts-

Lavaridge

Diane: Yeah, I can kinda tell he's not too fond of me. Don't worry, though, I won't do anything. I don't bite.

-She takes another chunk of her apple.-

Diane: I do, on the other hand, bite apples.

Lavaridge

Dune: Things with, ah...

-He blushes slightly.-

Dune: Things with Deziree.

Lavaridge

Landon: Apples are delicious, aren't they? Apples and Berries, that's what me and my Pokémon usually eat.

-He finishes his apple-

Haunter: Are you ready to go to Mount Chimney?

-Landon stretches-

Landon: Now I am.

He looks at Diane.

Landon: Guess this is goodbye.

Diane: Hey, I could join you all going up there, if you want. I don't really have much better to do.

Lavaridge — Past

-Landon and Haunter look surprised-

Landon: You want to come with us?

-He looks at Haunter, who doesn't look too keen on the idea-

Haunter: It could be a trap.

Landon: For what? Apples? I don't see an issue here.

Haunter: ...Fine.

-Landon looks at Diane-

Landon: Before I give you an answer, I have to ask you something. Are you afraid of heights?

-Dune blushes a little and turns to the left slightly.-

Dune: ... Kinda.

Lavaridge

-Diane grins-

Diane: Oh, far from it. I love high places.

Petalburg Gym

-Fortunately for Pleth, The Vigoroth is a bit tied up still, so gets drained and faints-

-Norman recalls him-

Norman: "Alright, your turn, Bouffalant!"

-A Bouffalant is sent out-

Norman: "Use Return!"

-The Bouffalant charges forth and strikes at Pleth with the power of friendship-

Twilight Town

-Sweetie is the only of Maggie's Pokemon that had sparkles appear around them-

Maggie: <Yes, we get it, it's terrible!>

Lavaridge — Past

-Landon smirks a bit-

Landon: Good. Because at the moment, I'm not in a condition to climb the mountain. So I travel by flight.

-He takes out a Poké Ball-

Landon: Aeryl, I summon you.

-He tosses the Poké Ball in the air and a Shiny Aerodactyl emerges, which makes a loop in the air before landing next to Landon-

Landon: Alright. Grab onto one of his legs.

Lavaridge Town

-Zeal is with Savannah when he hears a familiar voice.-

Gui: Heeeey!

-She waves her arms, then runs over and pokes Zeal in the nose.-

Gui: You're supposed to stick with me, sillyhead! Sheesh!

-She crosses her arms and shakes her head, then smiles.-

Savannah: Um...

-Gui looks at Savannah.-

Gui: Ooh, you're—

Zeal: She's my cousin, Savannah.

Gui: Savannah... S-A-V...

-She holds her arms to her head in frustration.-

Gui: Dang it, that's eight!

-Zeal blinks.-

Zeal: I still don't understand your obsession with that, but "Savvy" is five. That's what me and Mel... er...

-He looks down. Savannah joins him in doing so. Gui laughs nervously.-

Gui: Savvy it is, then. Nice to meet you!

-She smiles.-

Savannah: N-nice to meet you, too.

-She forces a smile in return, which quickly fades as she nervously glances at Zeal, who is still staring at the ground.-

-They may now be open for interaction if anyone else is still around here.-
