ITT: We are all Pokémon Trainers

- Opening my eyes slightly, looking around noticing that most of the group is still asleep, and that there are several people on the plane near us that I've never seen before -

...

- I close my eyes, and I go back to sleep -

-Wakes up-

This mass effusion of new people....this is going to be a headache.

-Thinks some more while looking at Fool-

I do care about her a lot, but part of me still feels uncomfortable about this. Maybe I'll ask DS about this when she wakes up and see what she says.

-Jane has once again been assigned to the task of waking up Zekrom. This time, she has a dead oak tree in her arms as a battering ram. She aims carefully for Zekrom's chest...-

Well... I'm not really sure how I can help you. It took me a while to figure out what the exact nature of my feelings for Wolf were...

... And as for the age difference thing... Well, my father is a few years older than my mother, but that didn't really stop them. Of course, they were older than you guys are now when their relationship began...

Since much of DS' backstory is pretty much a less complicated version of my life, the age difference between her parents isn't as much as my RL parents.

And if you're curious, my father is about 19 years older than my mother. Yes, he is Older Than He Looks.

My own parents have a bit of an age gap too, and when my step-great-grandfather met my great-grandmother he was 15 years her junior. I suppose it's just our youth that's the problem. I'd probably be a bit more accepting if it wasn't for the illegal part.

That's also true of RL!Tagg's equivalents of said family members, though my mother is the older one.

-Zekrom wakes with a start. But then, anyone would if they just got smashed in the chest with an Oak tree.-

Glad to see you're awake! -throws the Oak Tree away, hitting a couple of stray Meowth and making some Murkrow fly away from their nests-

Looks like we have some adventuring to do today. I highly doubt this is the rendezvous point. -waves her arms around to show that they're in Wintown, not Ring Town. Also that none of their friends have arrived yet.-

- Nods -

Yeah, I guess so.

... Of course, since my father was already engaged to another woman while he was dating my mother, the age difference was probably the least of the problems with that relationship...

In RL, the situation with my parents was actually a bit more complicated than that.

Some of the stories my family members have concerning relationships...

Flight attendant: We will be landing in Ring Town airport shortly.

- Looking around at some of the others on the plane -

... So, who are all these people I've never seen before? Do you think they'll be joining us?

More complicated?! Jeez.

Zekrom: <I think you might be right. I'm certain that Ring Town isn't supposed to be this chilly.>

-The Dragon glances around to get his bearings.-

Zekrom: <Well, if we want to get to Ring Town, we'll have to go down the North Road, through the Panula Cave and the Krokka Tunnel, then down through Lyra Forest in order to get there.>

-Zekrom sighs.-

Zekrom: <This is probably going to take a while.>

Yeah... Is there anything obstructing your ability to just fly there? Or do we have to go by foot this time?

It's likely. Let's see how long they stick around.

-The plane goes into a descent-

This is probably a little late, but anyone who knows the origin of Roc's name gets a cookie.

Zekrom: <...Well of course we can fly there. That would be much easier.>

-Zekrom gently picks Jane up and puts her on his back again.-

Zekrom: <Oh, Jane? Please don't wake me up by hitting me with an tree again. It sort of hurts...>

-The Dragon takes to the air, then blasts off towards Ring Town.-

-The Dodrio touched down in Ringtown and as it came down onto the dirt, its Trainer soon followed, face-first. The impact immediately woke him.-

"Uggh! Ah! Oof! Eeech! Owww! Umph! Argh! Wawawawawawawa....Omph!!"

-The Trainer got up dizzily.-

"Thaaankss Dododorioo....Thas enoughhh"

-The Dodrio returned to its Pokéball.-

Sorry about that... -tries to reach the area where she hit him, but can't because she is quite short and Zekrom is moving considerably fast-

-The plane lands in Ring Town's airport-

Flight attendant: Please gather all of your belonging and step off of the plane.

- I get out of my seat, I put on my backpack and I get off the plane -

-Gathers his belongings and steps off the plane-

-Reshiram gazes up at the sky.-

Reshiram: <I can hear something. It sounds like...>

Zekrom: [-<Hang on Jane! I'm brining us down in Lyra Forest!>

Reshiram: <That voice! It's Zekrom!>

-Reshiram frantically looks around, soon spotting Jane and Zekrom in the air nearby.-

Reshiram: <Look! There they are!>

-Reshiram waves to the two. Zekrom easily spots her.-

Zekrom: <Oh! It's Reshiram! And Luke too!>
