You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That's great! -pats Combee on her head, happy for her-

Anyway, I saw something that interests me in the news.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Oh? Do tell! -shifts the pancake closer so as to avoid having it be eaten by Combee-

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So, Lake talked to my other Pokémon about the mission. They seem to be perfectly fine with him going to this Pokémon world Palkia was going on about.

I've heard of it, don't know too much about it though.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.- Stops running for a moment to catch my breath -
Whew... I really need to get in better shape...
Velvet: Espeon! (Points over to Sparq, who is fighting with a group of Wingull over a candy bar)
Sparq! Get back over here!
Sparq: Pachi?
- The Wingull fly away with the candy bar while Sparq is distracted -

Never been to Oblivia. What happened there? -absently notices the flock of wingull outside the building-

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I'm afraid not. Care to fill me in, or is this like a personal thing?
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonThey were one of your typical evil groups, and like all of them there's always those stragglers who refuse to believe their team is broken up, right? Well, like most times the amount of stragglers was steadily decreasing, but now it's increasing and some of them are working as a single unit again... This concerns me.
Probably not a big issue, but they annoy me to no end.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Well, if they sprout up again we'll just stomp them back down.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.I can't help but wonder who's leading them, though. Two of their leaders are now actively trying to squash their former henchmen, and the other one is... kinda gone from this plane of existence.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That's how I always dealt with any Team Rocket stragglers who tried to harass me.
- Velvet holds Sparq in mid-air with psychic powers while I talk to him -
Sparq, you can't just run away from me like that! If you don't behave yourself, I'm going to have to put you into Pokemon storage!
Sparq: (Offers me a full restore he found on the ground somewhere)
Yes, I know you're good at finding discarded items. That is one of the main reasons I keep you with me on my team at all times, that and because of that awesome thunder wave - super fang combo you use to help me catch Pokemon.
Sparq: Pachi...
Just promise me that you'll behave yourself, okay?
Sparq: Pachi! (Nods head)
Okay then. Velvet, let him go.
Velvet: (Releases Sparq from her psychic hold, causing him to fall down from mid-air and hit the ground)
... I probably should've worded that differently.

They've got nothing on Cipher stragglers Luke. Bastards are like cockroaches.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. Those guys... Cipher is simply the worst.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! To do those things to their own Pokemon... Cipher deserves no sympathy.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.- We continue our walk, Sparq glares at Velvet -
Sparq, come on. Don't be mad at Velvet, it was an accident! Besides, it was only a short fall, you didn't really take any damage from it!
Sparq: ...
Velvet, maybe you should apologize to Sparq.
Velvet: Esp, espeon? (Holds out paw to Sparq)
Sparq: Pachi! (Happily shakes Velvet's paw)
There. Is everyone happy now? Good.
- We keep walking -

Cipher we're those guys with the Shadow Pokémon in Orre weren't they? Nasty pieces of work those guys. They make most of the other Teams look positively petty in comparison.
Exactly. To be honest, while the Pinchers themselves were insignificant, a few of their leaders were some of the nastiest pieces of work I've heard of. I doubt they could compete with Cipher for the prestigous award of Most Horrible Excuses For Humans Ever, but they could come close.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! What can you expect from a bunch of former mercs?
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.
No need to be sorry. All the weirdness certainly keeps things interesting.
