-See's Zach faint, then looks back at the others- "Luckily that will never happen again. But still, thanks. It's a shame I didn't come out unharmed..." -Runs a finger over one of the sides of the X, tracing it from just above his eyebrow to just above his lips-

Regina: <Huh. Well that makes sense. I haven't taught you a lot about sounds... but since you already know a lot of words reading will come a lot faster to you than most.>

-Giggles- <That, and Sakura did say you were a fast learner.>

He starts to make his way towards the Ferris Wheel, leaning more and more on Dopants' shoulders for support.

<Vallok: "Paarthunax, the only reason why I even tolerate your presence in the Council is because you produce results! Or more accurately...">

If you cannot produce further anything here... I see no point in trying to salvage your burning wreck. Start someplace with a new stone and produce results there! I have to somehow figure out a means of ruling this madhouse!">

Drake: <You know what Vallok, gladly...>

Dopants: -feeling mildly uncomfortable- Are you sure you're okay, sir?

"I wonder if that scar will ever heal..." said Sakura, rather worried

Pi seems to sober up a bit at this question.

-Shakes head- "Oh and sorry to inform you Duke, but it turns out he was never going to kill me. It was all to scare me off from trying to find out more. It seems if he wanted to kill me, it would have been long before you and Lyuri stumbled upon us. "

Sylva: -Is spinning on top of Seth's head, gleeful-

Dopants: -stunned into silence, definitely not about to cry.-

Pi has seemingly burned off most of the alcohol - in actuality, he's just reached a sort of calm pool of coherent, if somewhat irrational, thought.

He glances at Dopants' face.

"Heh, cheer up kid! It isn't you that's a grain of rice away from being insane."

"Now come on! Let's get on this damned Ferris Wheel!"

Drake: <Hmph...>

Right, first order of business, getting my keytar back into working order... Then I can pack my stuff, collect Altair and head off for somewhere that isn't trying to make a mockery of me...

Drake: <They are not going to be disappointed again...>

"If making that scar on your face was just to scare you, then I'm scared of what he would do if he really wanted to kill you." said Hikari

"I suppose it's not that hard to believe, in any case, what matter is that you're still alive." said Duke

Seth just lets out a chuckle "<Sakura being herself, I'm not surprised.>" he said, then looking up again "<I'm going to guess that she liked me.>"

Dopants: -swallows his pity- Y-yeah, let's do that.

Dopants: -carefully climbs in and sits down next to Pi-

As the Ferris Wheel slowly reaches the apex of its spin, Pi speaks up again.

"Brace yourself, kid. I'm about to speechify at you again."

He stares out at the glittering skyline of the most populous city in the world.

"Goddamn, do I love civilization. I mean, what a thing! All these people, coming together, trying to build a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. It's amazing, really. You write laws, create rules, draw guidelines, and everyone falls in all happy, glad to be safe. 'Cept the risk takers, the criminals, the visionaries, the vigilantes. The scoundrels, the scags, the bastards and the broken. The damned, the forgotten, the impoverished, the enslaved. The weak, the scared, the bigoted, the minorities, the majorities. The beaten and the brutalized, the frightened and the cowards. The fighters and the flee-ers, the doers and the makers. The shakers and the movers, the empowered and the petty. The rouges and the rich, the hungry and the desperate. Society, and civilization, seems to be just one, big, fat, lie in the face of the existence of all these people, eh? And I'm one of em. Makes you think, doesn't it?"

"In any case, I suppose we should go now, good night Jacob." said Sakura, waving and then walking away

"I should go look for Lyuri, later." said Duke

"And I should look for Tagg." said Hikari

They all then start walking away

Seth then gives a small smile at Sylva, picks her and puts her on the ground.

"<Well then, let's have our little class tomorrow. I should be going now.>" he said, he then gives a wave and goes looking for Sakura.

Dopants: >_> ... Yeah.. -in his head- damn I should have just stayed at the League lobby.

"But I should still do something. So here, I forgot where I picked up this blanket, but it should keep you warm." -Retrieves a blanket from his laptop, which was in his little carry bag he always has with him, and covers Zeal, before sticking a note in his pocket, which reads...-

-He then walks off to go sleep-

Regina: -Picks up Sylva before she can chase after Seth and waves- <Night, Seth.>

Sylva: <Nigh! Phione! Teehee~!>

-The two wander off somewhere to sleep-
