No, but I did get a lamb...
Edit: Figures. Thanks for the info.

People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.Uh, I think if you get any barn animal, you won't get that free cow...
Just floating around...Yep.
I think I did some figuring once and decided that sheep were ultimately more profitable than cows in that game, although they don't provide as much in terms of cooking. I haven't gotten a black sheep in that game yet though, and that saddens me. I've managed to get all three cow types, too.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaI really need to get back into MFOMT, It was one of my favorite Harvest moons (Second to the first GBC one, but that's just nostalgia speaking).
on another train of thought, despite playing no less than Six harvest moon games, I have yet to succesfully make use of those accursed sprites, This killed me in one of the GBC games where the sprites will not return upgraded tools unless you remember to use them.

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.FoMT and MFoMT are probably my favorite HM games, probably because they were my first. Funnily enough MFoMT was the first version I played since I had no idea it was the girl version, let alone that there were different gender versions.
I remember Cliff was the bachelor I went after and now that I'm playing FoMT I've made sure Ann isn't going to marry him.
Also about the Harvest Sprites, I never get how to use them. Maybe it might be because I never really use more than 50% of my plot.

The sprites were a big help to me in M Fo T. They eventually took care of all my harvesting for me, so I could afford to plant the whole field out. And I do love all the sprite options you get in Cute. The main problem is not being able to use more than one team at a time... but with clever usage of the pendants, you can often get by with just the purple healing team.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaAnimal Parade has one thing that is really bugging me. You can only have 3 types of barn animals at a time. I like having at least one of each. Plus to get the animal trophy you need to have owned all types, and I get too attached to my animals to sell them. Why would you do this to me, game?

People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.Yeah, kinda bugs me, too...
Just floating around...Nrrrrg. I hated that. My solution was to use cows and sheep, then use the third slot to run through the three remaining animals before stopping on the one I intended to keep. I started with a horse, sold it to raise a goat, then bought a baby ostrich. I thought I'd go back to a horse if I didn't like the ostrich much, but I decided to make the ostrich my main riding animal.

Can anyone tell me what island Shea is on?
Insert something witty that makes me better than all of you, here.quick question: I want to re-play Back to Nature, about the infamous marriage bug, is it just in the PAL version? is the SLUS-01115 production-code safe from it?

There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.Just the PAL version as far as I know.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaHmmm. About halfway through the first summer. I started in Bluebell and moved to Konohana. I think after I've gotten Konohana fully upgraded I might move permanently to Bluebell. I can always go back to Konohana and use those fields as much as I like, but I apparently can't stick animals in my Bluebell stable while living in Konohana. And if I really feel I need to water my crops twice a day I can just sleep in the Konohana inn.
Of course, this would have to be much later than I am now. I only have one upgrade on my farm now so it'll be halfway through year two at least before the Konohana farm is completed.
I did something stupid: I looked up info on A New Beginning. Now I want it, but I've already spent all my extra money on a wii and To T/AP. My only hope is that my mom has been asking what I want for Christmas, but there's a chance she can't afford/doesn't want to buy her 22 year old daughter a 3ds.
I haven't had a portable HM game since one of the GBC games (can't remember if it was 2 or 3), so it'd be interesting to play one.
Well, 12/21/12 is coming up...

People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.I heard on Twitter that they're releasing Harvest Moon: A New Beginning a bit early.
A Harvest Moon game... Coming out early... WITHOUT a delay in the process...
The world isn't ending, is it?
Just floating around...I just started my first Harvest Moon game. I got A New Beginning for Christmas.

Well okay I'm definitely not going to recommend you to get Rune Factory 4 and Animal Crossing when they come out then.
- Clears his throat before pointing to his 1000+ hour playtime for City Folk.* Way ahead of you there. AC: New Leaf is a day one purchase.
I ended up getting a 3ds and A New Beginning for Christmas. It's wonderful.
People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.Cool! I got A New Beginning, too!
Maybe I should trade you a Gold Silkie Egg...
Just floating around...Oh my god, I love my new Iron Axe and Iron Hammer. Evergreen trees and Rocks, beware! I managed to plant a 2-Star Tomato, so I'm more than ready for the Summer Crop Festival.
I'm also glad that I held onto some Honeycombs during Spring...
Item grinding, Joel. Item grinding.
Just floating around...What is A New Beginning like, anyway? To Ushi no Tane!

Did you purchase a cow before going into their barn? If you did that, you won't get your free cow.
