Not sure if this belongs in this subforum, but the work Buffy The Vampire Slayer exists in both Comic Book and Live-Action Television form, although they are by Word of God, part of the same continuity. Would the comic deserve its own work page? or should comic-specific tropes be just be added to the main page and treated in a certain way (creating a comic section on the page, labeling certain tropes as belonging only to the comic? Ignoring the medium and treating both as the same work?... Etcetera.). zerky has addressed this on the work's discussion page, but there has been no response since she brought it up again almost a month ago.

A soft split should do well enough. Meaining both media in the same article. A redirect from ComicBook.Buffy The Vampire Slayer wouldn't hurt.

I'm not even sure a soft split is really the best bet. It's the same continuity. The comic picks up right where the show ends. They aren't separate. It's not an adaptation. It's like a soap opera that went from radio to telly. It's still the same show, the format just changed.

Well, there are tropes associated with the medium.
