While I don't know off the top of my head what namespace an OVA would be in (Anime? not sure), it works like this. You wikiword the title after the namespace:
NamespaceHere/BokuNoSexualHarassment
This will create a link (mine didn't because I have crazy wiki skills). Click on that link and edit away.

I take it you didn't quite get what we meant by namespaces. Too late now though. See this page, and keep in mind in the future we try to avoid putting new works pages in the Main namespace.

It's been policy for well over a year now. I'm not sure if there was an announcement initially or not.
Lost in Space
The wiki concept doesn't work well with the concept of general announcements intended to be adopted as policy by everyone. This stuff spreads memetically.

But it can't be memetic if not enough people know about it... A forum thread would have been a start. Or the wiki newsletter.
