Broly's clothes are very durable.
Edit: The dude was shot into the sun the first time and somehow, his clothes are still there. He was beaten by a Kamehameha from Goku (SSJ 3) and Gohan and they're still there.
It is not only Broly who's power is Maximum, it is everything he wears, too.
Are Gohan's boxers from the same material? The rest of his clothes are gone but the boxers somehow survive.

Gohan is going all-out here.
I used to hate how Gohan regressed in the latter parts of Z and Super but, after seeing it for so long, it feels weird to see "post-Z" Gohan being a Chad. I don't like it.
