So a weird things I just discovered that connects in with Irregular Webcomics that DMM does alongside Darths and Droids.
Lego UK are currently doing a free Jane Goodall Tribute set with any online order over £120. Seeing it made me think of Irregular Webcomics, which I don’t think we actually have a thread for.
“And the Bunny nails it!” ~ Gabrael “If the UN can get through a day without everyone strangling everyone else so can we.” ~ CyranWhile memnarch has a point that the explosives they're using shouldn't be shock-sensitive, I got a huge chuckle out of the punch line anyway, so bravo to the GM for going along with it.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Even if there's a 0% chance... Roll anyway, just so that the players don't know.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here....Is it wrong the comic made me think "Wait, should Chewbacca be feeling cold there, even with all that fur"?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Okay, okay, you got me guys. This bit made me laugh way more than it objectively deserved.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"A "dread"ful reference.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here. Please remind me who plays Hux. Is it Ben? He is the one who likes to overanalyze situations.
Yeah, Ben plays Hux.
I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person.Regards Chewbacca's fur, I could only come up with idea his fur's designed to soak up the water vapour in the air, so when it evaporates it helps to cool down the skin. You know, since he lives on a jungle planet which presumably has high levels of humidity. Daft, I know.
(Annoyed grunt)Note: orangutans, which live in tropical rainforests, have similarly thick-looking fur.
Recent in-comic discussions are making me think about how collaborative the creation of Chewbacca was in Darths & Droids. Sally designed the planet Kashyyyk and named its inhabitants Wookiees, but Jim is the one who declared Wookiees to be "half-ape, half-dog, half-yeti hybrids", to which Pete added that they are "one and a half times the size you'd expect". Sally is the one who decided that they use laser crossbows, because "laser longbows would be just silly". Sally named Chewbacca (after her dog, I don't have a link because I don't even remember what episode this was mentioned in) but Jim was the one who decided to bring him back as Greedo's sidekick and then Ben started playing him because he was the only character available for Ben to play after Obi Wan's death.
See, I appreciate it when someone other than me points out how Star Wars fans will invent crazy explanations for the technology we see on screen in an effort to justify it. In particular, I appreciate it because it means said fans will dog pile that person instead.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Episode 2133: It’s Just a Phasma He’s Going Through
In what must be one of the most convenient bits of luck in all nine films...

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Episode 2134: Metaphors Be With You
And yes, it has same name as previous episode, though I suspect they'll change it later. Changed the name.

I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person.Yep, it’s now “Metaphors Be With You”
"Finn is definitely a bad actor here, in both senses." Indeed.
Also, I agree that if they wait for Phasma to tell them how to get places, the Peace Moon will have blown up about a dozen more worlds.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
I wouldn't blame the GM for going home in frustration and letting the players run the game, and they probably could since they're on both sides of the conflict.
