The players discover that the clones are performing a stage show, with various cloned characters, including Yoda, Luke, and Chewbacca. Dib was the friend of that one NPC pilot with the elaborate backstory no one cared about.
"Dib Foundway is a spice farmer from Kessel, who spent his last credit to come to Tatooine seeking a new start. But then he gets caught up in Jabba the Hutt's criminal machinations—the backpack contains a new variety of spice he grew himself—and eventually winds up murdered in Mos Eisley by the father of Hojon Intigua, the cantina owner in Episode IV. It's in one of the comic books."

On The Rant, I note that a player who tries that move is just asking for the GM to pop up with an NPC who's delighted to run into a fellow Blue Wizard or whatever.
Episode 1783: The Weakest Link
(Annoyed grunt)I've been away for a while. Last time I was around they were nearly done with Rogue One and I came back to this? WTH is going on?
Trump delenda estThe Star Wars episode of The Muppet Show is going on.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."They don’t want to do TFA until Rise of Skywalker is out, so they can write a story and know how it will end. They didn’t want to just disappear either, or figure out how to fit Solo into their timeline, so now we get this once-weekly weirdness to hold us over.
Fools. Reciting the NPC dialogue before the GM is the first step to becoming the GM. And once it's known you're willing to GM, players will swarm you and you'll never get to run a PC again!
I see Sally's got the view of lawfulness one might expect from someone who freed the frogs from biology class.
Episode 1786: Suite and Sow-er
(Annoyed grunt)That's a perfect explanation.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."A true villain really wants to rub it in your face that he outsmarted you. This is often a bad idea.

Despite the commentary recommending the GM recruit players for this sort of thing, the yellow speech bubbles would indicate that the GM himself is singing here.
The lyrics may indicate "Dib" is Han, and his friend is Lando, maybe. Does that mean Scooter here is a clone of Han?
