I dunno. Agatha has her own ways of impressing/terrifying onlookers, regardless of what they thought they expected of her.
Between them, she, Gil and Tarvek can easily whip up a mechanical mermaid tail. The upper part of the outfit she might have a problem with.
I'm sure Zeetha would be quite happy to coach her!

I think that may be an outside of one. The other sub was in a much darker environment until the delegation showed up.

They were chugging along on the surface in broad daylight. So.. either that's not the sky we see back there, but more of the Cetecean's body, or they got pulled inside some different sort of oriface.
