We're expected to believe that this top agent of IR is so superficial that she would go on a field mission with the stereotypical mountain of luggage. Furthermore, she operates in an rural area she knows has swampy terrain in a dress and high heels without carrying weapons. Today, it would be far more believable to have her change into tailor made outdoorwear and proper boots along with custom machined small arms for the situation.
