They tell him to wait for the sorcerer. Luckily, his Gazoo intervenes and explains what the ritual means. When they find a fair-haired youth, they trap him and leave him suppurating in sesame oil for about six weeks. This renders the bones in the body soft and the head easily removable. The head then gets propped up as an Oracle. Eesh.
