• Realism-Induced Horror: The steles found after the bosses are defeated tell a grim tale of the kingdom's fate. One disaster after another whittled away at the kingdom's granaries and ability to feed its people until nothing remained and the people were led to riot. Not helped by some people taking more than their fair share of food and selling it for profit; it's learning this last thing that sends the King's sanity and good will off a cliff.
