• Heartwarming Moments: All of Ash's Pokémon coming out of their Poké Balls to keep their trainer warm is one of the most touching moments in the series, bar none.
• Nightmare Fuel: The thought of being trapped on a treacherous mountain in freezing temperatures is bad enough, but during a snowstorm? It's not just scary for Ash and friends, but scary from a meta standpoint considering all the deaths that have happened to hikers who have underestimated how dangerous mountain climbing can be.
• Special Effects Failure: A few brief scenes where Ash sends out his Pokémon are painfully obvious stock footage, thanks to Ash having his cap backwards only for it to be facing forward once they're out of their Poké Balls.
