• Base-Breaking Character: Todd. He is only around for a three-episode arc, but it was long enough to cause him to become divisive. Some found he help add some fresh air in the arc and played well off the others. Others viewed him as an annoying Cousin Oliver, with his introduction making him come off a bit off a creep and a Jerkass for not taking the hint that Pikachu doesn't want to be photographed. (Though this is ignoring the fact that Todd was tricked into thinking he was fulfilling an old woman's Dying Wish by Team Rocket.)
