• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: For the first half of the episode, Applejack is nothing but accommodating toward Apple Bloom's excitement for hunting the Great Seedling; even when she makes it clear she doesn't believe in the Seedling's existence, she's reasonable and polite about it. Goldie Delicious, on the other hand (and Granny Smith, to a lesser point), is constantly rude toward her for stating her belief (or lack thereof, rather), and even actively hinders the harvest work, but the episode ultimately sides with Goldie on the matter.
