• That One Level:
  • Any level that puts your fish in the jar. With the physics being incredibly wonky and tedious to manage, and not in the fun way either.
  • All the levels with the Flying Fish, since its flying controls turn too abruptly and need too much build up to fly.
  • The airport, which involves Flying Fish jumping from suitcase to suitcase in the baggage sorting area, where the suitcases are not only moving but randomized, so whether they will be open and full of water to land in, and sometimes even which direction they're going, is a crapshoot.
• What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: The game is rated Teen by the ESRB despite its cartoony art style, due to the bloodletting that results from the piranha's attacks, as well as a level where you have to swim in the stomach of a drunken man. To say nothing of the literal tsunami of blood when the Piranha accidentally breaks into the hospital's blood bank...
