** One that relies on StockholmSyndrome and is certainly a much darker interpretation of the Private Cell. However, given how nearly every single one of the women Suki abducts turn out to coincidentally be really into bondage, it's not a stretch to think that over time this trope has come into play. [[spoiler: Especially since Alyssa has already gone through this, joining Darianna's crew and becoming her lover after ''months'' of being kept bound and gagged waiting on a ransom. After her own employer refused the ransom and left her to her fate, Alyssa decided being a pirate was certainly preferable to being a prisoner.]] So are Suki's captives (mostly) all secretly kinky girls who really like their current predicament and truly like Suki, or have weeks of being kept bound, gagged and locked in cells, with their only reprieve being the brief snatches of social interaction with the sweet, caring Suki taken their toll?

* GameBreaker: In v1.6, Hypnosis allows you to potentially put an entire enemy team to sleep (including bosses). Sleeping enemies can be tied up regardless of health, and there exists another ability that allows you to potentially tie up every vulnerable enemy. Depending on how lucky you are with the RNG, almost all fights can be won in one or two turns. Since the latter ability only works if you have more than one (free) character in your party, later levels tend to impose a form of FakeDifficulty by requiring you go through it alone to try and compensate.

For this reason, their roles and personality were expanded in v1.7 but still didn't explore their story potential, especially Alyssa who hasn't reappeared after [[spoiler:[[TheStinger swearing vengance on Suki at the end of Mission 6 if Dariana is arrested]]]] and Kyria who just took half the girls to be slaves, and simply coldly left the other half to be ransomed away while she could have seen Suki's talent and perhaps team up.
