  • Even Better Sequel: The second game is regarded as this by many, especially due to the increased variety of environments compared to the relatively samey office spaces from the original.
  • Nightmare Fuel: ADAM.. The entire Human Resources area in the first game is noticeably ominous, and that's before you go into the main area where you deal with ADAM. And to make things worse, you are entirely unarmed because of the checkpoint forcing you to dispose of your knives. The lights are out, the place is a mess, and as you approach the Broadcast room, you hear ADAM gleefully talking to himself about his plans to slaughter all the humans in a creepy voice. If you alert ADAM to your presence, he will pursue you relentlessly, even to the point of trying to reach through vents to attack you, and he doesn't use a gun, he kills you with his bare hands. And it used to be worse, after more recent updates the key has been moved to a spot where you can access it without alerting him, along with a vent that provides reliable stealth access; previously you absolutely had to alert him to your presence to lure him away from the key, and either distract him by forcing him to switch off all the lights individually, or lock him in the power room. And then he comes back in the sequel, though thankfully you actually kill him this time.
  • That One Level: The final level of the sequel has you holding off hordes of Prosecutors at once. You will have to account for the trajectory of your grenades at farther distances, making it confusing to aim correctly. If a Prosecutor manages to get to Winta and unplug the cable, you'll have to reattach it yourself, putting yourself directly within the line of fire. In addition, the soda machines that contain extra grenades are also within direct sight of the bots, making reloading your weapon supply risky.
