• Accidental Aesop:
  • Sometimes a person needs a break from creative projects if they're suffering from burnout, and trying to force yourself to be creative when you're stressed out can only make your burnout worse.
  • Not recognizing a person needs a break can only cause them harm, and being unsympathetic to their needs won't make them likely to keep creating anytime soon.
• Informed Wrongness: Bob taking a break from "Burger of the Day" is treated as horrible by his family and Teddy, almost as if he's betraying who he is. Teddy especially is livid and demands Bob make up a new one, screaming "IT'S THE ONLY CONSTANT IN MY LIFE." This is despite it being shown that Bob is suffering creative burnout and trying to force him to make up a new Burger of the Day is making him feel worse. Eventually, Bob is able to come up with a new idea after taking a break for a few days but Bob and the show treat this as him continuing to do Burger of the Day despite how hard it is instead of recognizing that Bob trying to force it to happen when he's drained of inspiration was only making it worse.
