• Nightmare Fuel: Your reward for finding all nine secrets is a small level where the protagonist receives the "blessing" of nine rat carcasses. To contrast the usual black and white used for most of the game, this level is mostly red and black. After the protagonist receives the "blessing", it steps onto a platform that hoists it into the sky in a red bubble, and glowing red eyes slowly fill the screen.
• That One Level: The small intestine includes a few frustrating obstacles, starting with moving buzzsaws that demand quick reflexes to get past, a labyrinthine segment to get lost in, and ending with a ride on a moving platform where one mistake forces you to restart the segment. To show how many get stuck at the ride, there is a sharp difference between players who've reached the small intestine and those who have advanced to the large intestine, larger than any of the game's other achievement differences. Mercifully, the ride, among other small things, was made slightly easier.
