• Realism-Induced Horror: It turns out Mrs. Wood's dog Perky was lost in the woods for days and trapped under a fallen tree. The weird sound that Sue Ellen heard was Perky desperately howling. Mrs. Wood thanks the group for finding her dog and getting help; as she puts it, Perky may have been trapped for longer.
