• Designated Villain: At the end of the episode Stan is ultimately treated as the one in the wrong, for his constant acts of bring Roger back down to earth. This is despite the fact that the entire crux of the episode was Roger's selfish, arrogant attitude, along with his obsessive need to control life and death. Stan even ends up giving Roger his epipen (for a shellfish allergy), simply so Roger can have some decision over who lives and who dies; the episode even ends with Roger almost killing Stan simply so he can "decide" (to top it off, he ends up using it up himself).
