The Student is actually the game's Villain Protagonist.

For one thing, the first boss they kill is a being called The Creator, who could very well be Juice Galaxy's God, if his name is anything to go by. Also, if Ms. Slitherss' "Juice is everything" quote is anything to go by, the fact that The Student obtains juice by killing and harnesses it to increase their power could be major Foreshadowing that The Student is on a journey to destroy the Galaxy. Finally, there's their destruction of The Clog and subsequent unleashing of Swirly D, which could be the start of an Evil vs. Evil or possibly Evil Versus Oblivion-type story arc.
