Who could be the rest of Team Dipper's Personas.

  • Lotte: Due to her relation with spirits, she'll probably be affiliated with one that is close to spirits or the underworld. The Persona could be Dark Is Not Evil due to her love for Night Fall.
    • Hades.
    • Persephone.
    • Hecate.
    • Ereshkigal.
    • Anubis.

  • Constanze: Due to her love of creating, she'll be related to Personas affiliated with crafting or invention.
    • Hephaestus.
    • Thoth.

  • Jazminka: She'll most likely be tied to a Persona related to food.
    • Demeter.
    • Annapurna.

Akko was part of the Kirijo Group experiments

Throughout the story, Akko's past is surprisingly mysterious and the several hints that does detail about it is left up to interpretation for the moment. So far, they are:
  • The numerous scars across her body. Sucy pointed out about injection shots.
  • Akko reveals that she moved to Inaba due to issues back at home.
  • Akko also reveals that she understands the Shooting Star's plight due to being in a situation where her freedom was taken away.
I believe that Akko was found and abducted by Kirijo Group who in Persona 3, was responsible in researching on Shadows and the Cognitive World. Under their care, Akko was subjected to severe experimentations, hence the body scars. However as a result, Akko was able to unlock Aradia and her Persona abilities. It's why Akko reveres Chariot because her inspiration is what help her get through what was her darkest time. What happens is anybody's guess; Akko either escaped on her own or SEES rescue her. Either way, Akko was traumatized and everybody, most likely SEES think that sending her to Inaba would be a good place to help her train her new abilities and have a free life.

I speculate that the leaders of their respective teams (Akko from Red Team, Diana from Blue Team, and Amanda from Green Team) could act as a sort of Freudian Trio in their own right.

  • Amanda is the Id: impulsive, stubborn, cynical, pragmatic, always inclined to get into trouble for fun (in the fanfic, it also mentioned that she broke the law several times), hates nobility and high society in general, and is a hardened kleptomaniac (I'm sure that if she learns of the PT's exploit. She would fancy the idea of stealing a heart, if only to see a noble reduced to a weeping mess à la Madarame).

  • Diana is the Superego: intelligent, refined, traditionalist, and respectful of the rules. Despite the corruption of the current magical society, she still continues to respect the good values of her mother and Beatrix, her prestigious ancestor, and I think that in Team Dipper she will cover the role of strategist and adviser. She will also be the main opponent of Amanda's most criminal ideas.

  • Akko is the Ego; optimistic and respectful, but not very inclined to traditions and rules, since she has no problem breaking them if it means helping others in the need ("Intellect and Sensibility" is the most striking example); despite that, she has standards that she doesn't want to break in any way (in the fanfic, as much as she is a PT fan, she is contrary to their modus operandi). By virtue of being the most experienced Persona user in the field, as well as the Wild Card, Akko has the final say in CW operations, and considering that Amanda and Diana don't get along very well, Akko has to mediate and bring harmony between them and within the group (thus contributing to a better Fool Social Link).

The early simultaneous presence of Amanda and Diana on the team would create interesting discussions and squabbles regarding the best approach in their operations, and with the two of them used to being supported without countering by their respective teammates, Akko will have a lot of headaches because of their arguing...
