That Guy is a troper. He's not a very good one, mind you, but he IS a troper.
He doesn't come on all that often, nad when he does he usually hangs around YKTTW.
He just wrote this, and apologises for boring you and taking up your valuable time. Also, somebody probably wanted to use "That Guy" as a trope name, so sorry to them as well.
