• Cut Song: This is the Touhou game with the largest amount of known unused tracks, at a whopping six: Lotus Road, a dropped Stage 1 theme; Dreamy Pilot, which was going to be the Stage 4 theme; Incomplete Plot, an unused Stage 5 theme; Border Land, meant to be the Stage 6 theme; Magic Shop of Raspberry, a discarded Extra Stage theme; and Crescent Dream, a dropped Staff Roll theme.
• Manual Misprint: The omake claims that in the boss fight against Marisa, she doesn't take damage when she surrounds herself with her orbs, but she in fact does.^note  In Story of Eastern Wonderland, she actually didn't take damage when her orbs were up, so it's possible that ZUN either got both fights confused, or nerfed Marisa after writing the omake and didn't correct the information afterwards.
