- Cowboy BeBop at His Computer: Hutch tells Miller that the final boss in Silent Hill will die if he confronts it without any ammo, so he should drop the hyper-blaster before the fight. He's half-right in that the boss will indeed drop dead if you run out of ammo, but the problem is that you couldn't drop items in the first game, so his advice wouldn't work.
- Executive Meddling: Between not giving the filmmakers enough money to finish certain kills, rating the film PG-13, and cutting out 10 minutes of footage, an essential subplot, and two characters (one of whom was the creator of the titular game), it's no wonder people didn't like the movie.
