• Deleted Scene: The episode originally had an extended ending where, after Stan vomits on Wendy, Kyle admits he wonders who was actually voted the ugliest boy in class. Wendy then reveals she took a peek at the list and saw it was Cartman. The episode ends with an unhappy Cartman sitting at the ugly kids table as Butters mocks him. Cartman tries to reassure himself that what's on the inside counts... and then remembers exactly how awful he is, inside and out.
