She stopped doing so due to overabundance and concerns of people abusing the server boosting system.

Mace ordered that Casper has his memories wiped and receives plastic surgery to look like Bern, so he doesn't "get away" with dying due to the embarrassment he caused. Casper was then returned to Bern's family, who accepted him back as their son.
