- Actor-Inspired Element: Clarence Nash first got the attention of Walt Disney when he performed "Mary Had a Little Lamb" on the radio, using a voice inspired by a baby goat. Walt cast Nash to do the same voice for his newest cartoon star, Donald Duck. When Donald begins his recital with "Mary had a Little Lamb", Nash is basically recreating the performance that got him hired.
