Like Phony Psychic Dalton Rand in the earlier story, Milton pretends to possess skills he doesn't really have, then is kidnapped by a criminal who wants him to use those non-existent abilities — or else. In this case, the primary mark isn't the fake expert — it's the man who kidnapped said expert that ends up being the Villain of the Week.
