Trivia / Eloise at the Plaza

• California Doubling: You'd think that a movie called Eloise At the Plaza would be filmed at The Plaza Hotel in New York, especially with the overabundance of New York scenery shown in the movie, but in fact it was filmed in the Canadian city of Toronto, Ontario. All those gushy New Yorkey tourism promotion scenes were staged to look set in New York, including the horse carriage ride around the city, but it's all Canadian.
