Like in Infinity Train, in Infinity Train: Blossomverse, there is a lot of pain and sorrow as the characters go through as they go on their journeys of self-discovery. The series talks about themes of being ostracized, being unloved, and, most of all, fears of never being good enough.

Chrysanthemum Shepherd
- Alex Shepherd's sad story as to how he became the denizen. In which he was thrust into the Infinity Train by One and told that he was prophesized to be the "Dark Shepherd". He takes it well as one would expect, considering what happened in his world.
