A Circumstance of Shadow
A day has passed since the Shadows appeared in reality. As the Thieves go over the news in Leblanc's attic, they discuss the events from the day before. While Zenkichi and Futaba provide background information on Naoto, Akihiko, and their respective groups, Morgana hypothesizes why reality and the Metaverse are fusing. As the Thieves realize that it will take a long time for the two worlds to separate, they resolve to keep fighting the Shadows and protecting people from the new threat.
Meanwhile, Yu Narukami and Rise Kujikawa, now a couple, deduce that the Phantom Thieves are Persona-users like them; aware of the recent happenings, they decide to bring the rest of the Investigation Team together again.
Kenzo recalls Sakura's strange disappearance, noting how she only turned up at school again after lunch. He realizes that, wherever Sakura was, the Phantom Thieves would show themselves, knowing her history of being a shut-in; he hopes his theories will be correct.
