Amy hires Dina's nemesis Colleen, infuriating Dina. Dina forces Garrett to prank and even frame Colleen of crimes. Meanwhile Jonah has to win back the warehouse crews signatures for the union, but is told he is not tough enough. Mateo returns to the store as a guest, but immediately starts working again and becomes selfish, ending up with everyone annoyed at him.
