Jerkass: The titular doorman. Aside from asking Jerry grossly inappropriate questions like "You here for a quickie?" regarding his visiting Elaine, he's also bizarrely offended when Jerry tries to chat with him, inexplicably accusing him of thinking that he's dumb because he's reading the sports page. He creepily lurks around to basically accost Jerry when he leaves, then lies to Elaine that Jerry was the one harassing him.
Passing Judgment: Invoked. Kramer sees a tour bus passing by and pretends to mug George in order to get a horrified reaction from them.
