King Mondo succeeds in acquiring the arrowhead when he kidnaps David tor a sim the other half from Tommy.
Tropes:
- Artistic License – Law: Bulk and Skull, by Lt. Stone's evaluations, seem to have nothing but monsters on the brain. In any other city, this would make them nothing short of unfit for police duty as spelt out by Stone. Here in Angel Grove, however, it keeps them alert and focused in case actual terrorizers come along and it passes them the evaluation.
- Secret-Keeper: Tommy reveals his identity to David after fleeing a fight with Mondo without the arrowhead. After the fighting is done, David correctly surmises that his little brother’s friends are the other rangers.
