Downer Ending: Omnised and Omniquad have escaped containment and Timothy has been replaced and kicked out of the Barrymore house by Jeremy-Joth for breaking a lot of rules.
Never Got to Say Goodbye: As Timothy is kicked out of the house by Jeremy, Zick protests that he didn't get to say goodbye. Jeremy forbids him from doing it.
Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Elena is manipulated by Omnised to release him and sets off the episode's events, resulting in Jeremy-Joth firing Timothy from his job.
Put on a Bus: Timothy is exiled from the Barrymore house and doesn't appear again until the 18th episode.
Tyrant Takes the Helm: A non-villainous example. At the end of the episode, Jeremy-Joth takes over the Barrymore house and Timothy is forced to leave.
