With Mayor Meanswell away butterfly-hunting on the annual day he signs a new law into action, Robbie Rotten decides to disguise himself as the Mayor and outlaw Sportacus and activity. He traps the Mayor in a tent and gets to work banning fun and sports, even sending Sportacus and Miss Busybody packing. When Sportacus rescues the real mayor outside of town, they have to sneak back in and set things right!
This episode contains examples of:
- Beware the Nice Ones: The Mayor may be one of the nicer characters in the show, but he didn't take too kindly to Robbie portraying him and even sends him flying into the air.
- Mythology Gag: Mayor Meanswell's bunny suit is a reference to the second play, when the Mayor disguises himself in the same way.
- Right for the Wrong Reasons: Although the Mayor had every right to be upset at Robbie for pretending to be him, the Mayor's way of dealing with it was to send Robbie rocketing into the air! Had Sportacus not jumped in and saved Robbie, the Mayor would've committed murder on Robbie!
